Placing an Order: Simply email your purchase order form and art file to orders@solaradvertising.com. Reference your company name and purchase order number in the subject line of your email. For large art files, click on the “Artwork Upload” tab on the home page.
Artwork Requirements: We prefer to receive art in an Adobe Illustrator EPS file (VECTOR ART). Convert your text/fonts into “outlines” before emailing your art. If your software does not allow you to do this, please send all the associated screen and printer fonts. Be sure to include any linked art files.
PMS Color Matching: PMS Color Matching is available. Indicate the PMS Colors on your purchase order form and in the electronic artwork.
Typesetting: We can add text to your artwork at no additional charge. Email the typewritten version of the text, the preferred font, and we will set the text for you.
Proofs: An electronic paper proof will be provided on each order at no additional charge. Approval is required before production can begin.
Exact Reorders: When you reorder, please include your original purchase order number and order date, along with complete order details.
Production Times: Lip Balm products will be shipped 5-7 working days following final proof approval. All other products will be shipped 7-10 working days following final proof approval. Ask about our RUSH service times and charges.
Less than Minimum: The less than minimum service charge is $40.00 (v) per label.
Custom Flavors/Colors: Custom lip balm flavors and colors are available on orders of 5,000 pieces or more. Allow 3 to 4 weeks.
Random Samples: Random samples are available upon request. Please provide a UPS or FedEx shipping account to cover the shipping costs. Email your sample requests to Customer Service at info@solaradvertising.com. There may be a charge for some product sample requests.
Credit Procedures: All orders are subject to credit approval. First time orders require credit card payment in advance. Orders above your credit limit may require co-participation or prepayment from you as a partner in the transaction.
Credit Card Payments: We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards.
Cancellations: All purchase orders are considered final upon receipt by mail, fax or email. If an order has not been labeled at the time of cancellation, charges will be made for the material and labor costs incurred at the time of cancellation. If an order has been labeled, a cancellation cannot be accepted.

Sustainability: Solar Advertising has identified sustainability as a core value for 2011. Our goal is to implement practical sustainable initiatives to reduce packaging waste. We will reduce all packaging materials overall, we will reuse packaging when appropriate, and will recycle everything else we can. We will “bulk bag” all orders shipped in 2011 and will use low density bags in this process.
Origin of Products: All products are U.S.A. manufactured in an FDA/USDA compliant facility. Some packaging is imported. All lip balm products have a tamper evident seal.
Distribution: Our products are available only through promotional products distributors. Please provide your industry member numbers along with your resale tax certificate number.
